For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.

A rekindling experience of love through imagery.

Muth Wedding | Wedding Photographer, Monroe Files Photography, Indiana, PA

Another couple who are not strangers to the blog...Sarah & Josh

Getting married on Dec. 31st, they insisted that they hire another photographer for their wedding.
They wanted their awesome engagement photographer to have a smashing good time!

You can take the title away from the girl, but you can't take away the camera =]

I wish your computer screen had smell-o-vision. This was truly decadent and smelled oh-so heavenly!

Their wedding was the perfect mix of Christmas and New Years.
How cute are the Christmas ornament table numbers??

Congratulations you two!! We had a blast!

Moore Wedding, Wedding Photographer, Monroe Files Photography, Beechwoods, PA

Probably one of the coolest weddings I've done to date.

Rock slab for guest book? Check. Complete with velvet pumpkins
and a beady eyed vulture...

Mr. & Mrs. Bones, dressed dashingly for the occasion. A cake topper
of skeletal proportions....

A wedding cake castle, whose graveyard pays tribute to loved ones long gone...

Nothing is more creepy or makes your skin crawl,
than walking through cobwebs in the trees...

A ring bearer who bucked the tradition of carrying a pillow...
and opted for a bone chilling hand instead...

Ghouls in training =]

Yes. YES. The bride wore a stunning all black gown shipped across the big
pond. The glittery detail was very spider web like.

Guests were encouraged to dress for the occasion accordingly...fancy dresses for
the bridal party and parents of the couple...while others opted for a more
masked attire.

The bride stealing a moment with her Grandpa...er....GrandMA

Ghastly groomsmen...

Barbarous bridesmaids...

The brides bouquet was hand crafted herself and included purple lights.
The groom wore a boutineer that was a very glitzy skeleton.

This sweet sweet couple was the Bride's grandparents. They came dressed as each other
and it was truly HILARIOUS! Grandpa really went above and beyond as a woman!

Bigney Wedding Reception | Wedding Photographer Monroe Files Photography Beechwoods, PA

This AMAZING cake was made by Uzi's Pastries, now located in
downtown DuBois, PA!

Marci & Brent got married on 9/10/11 in Jamaica!!
As a surprise, Marci's mom flew to Jamaica to share in
her daughter's special day. No one knew...not even the
wonderful Laurie from Travel Today with Ms. Laughner
who helped set the wedding up.

They were telling us that it was sooo much fun running through the airport
with a wedding dress in tow!

Do you see this?! LOOOOOK AT THAT BLING!!!
If that doesn't make you say,
"LIKEOHMAHGAWD!DAAHHHAAMMM!"
I don't know what will!
It's a wonder she isn't standing crooked because
it's so heavy on her little petite body!

This was wedding 3 of 4 in a row and wedding number 2 of 3 in a row
that had their reception at Beechwoods Restaurant & Lounge.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Dagmar. I had my wedding
reception there and she made everything so easy and most of all
STRESS FREE! LOVE Dagmar!

Overholser Wedding | Wedding Photographer Monroe Files Photography Beechwoods, PA

Oh, the Overholser Wedding. Fun. Craziness. Love. Tears.

And one beautiful daughter of the bride and groom, who was bribed
to cooperate with a bunny friend, "Bun-tee" on my shoulder =]

I have exciting news, Mrs. Mallory is now expecting! =]
I do not know why or how, but I attract a LOT of brides
who either are expecting the day of their wedding, or
not too long after. Future brides, fair warning!

There's something romantic and fills your heart up with love
seeing the Mallory and Josh hold hands at the alter.

Kisses in the pumpkin patch before the fun begins!

My absolute FAVORITE image from their wedding day, hands down!
I love the motion of the couples in the background and that time is
standing still for the newly weds while they gaze deeply into each
others eyes, dreaming of what their future holds. *sigh* =]

Strait Wedding | Wedding Photographer Monroe Files Photography Northern Cambria, PA

The Strait wedding was truly an experience for me.

I was in the minority. And this minority has nothing to do with race,
religion, or sexual preference.

I was in the minority because I could hear and did not
know how to use sign language.

I felt so blessed to share such a momentous day for a very special couple.
They met at a school for the deaf and fell in love. The absolute joy
on the faces of their family and friends that day was contagious!

Ward Wedding | Wedding Photographer Monroe Files Photography, Brockport, PA

Dapper junior groomsman.

Dudley seeing his bride walk the isle, so cute!

I love the Groom's face =]

You just never know what the kiddos are going to do to
keep themselves entertained during the ceremony.

Dudley and Amy's wedding was my first Friday wedding...and I loved it!!

This bride had THREE different pair of shoes for her day and two dresses.

So sweet!

They actually had quite the evening before the wedding. BOTH Dudley
and Amy were in the ER, at different times.

Amy had an alergic reaction to her antibiotics and broke out in hives! (YIKES!)
Thankfully, you couldn't tell at all. In fact, it was completely gone the morning
of the wedding day.

Dudley was hanging signs to direct wedding guests to the ceremony and reception venue.
He was using a knife and needless to say the score was Knife: 1 Dudley: 0.
About a half a dozen or so stitches later, he was in business...but he couldn't
bend his pointer finger...he had stitches on both sides (yea, went clean through! bleh!)

Hetrick Wedding June 18, 2011 | Wedding Photography Monroe Files Photography Beechwoods Restaurant & Lounge

My two snow bunnies said "I do"! But the real surprise was on me when I learned my petite blushing Bride was currently 12-15 weeks pregnant! =]

LOVING the tangerine dresses....and BONUS round! They have POCKETS!

Jessie's Dad and Mom, I finally figured out where Jessie gets all of
her adorableness that Cory can't say no to!

Seriously? How silly and fun were these two?

Ow Ow Momma!

This is the only time I can say camo and orange never looked sooo good!

I did good. I managed to NOT lose a bridesmaid in the pond, 10 points!

Camo cake? CHECK!

Cory and Jessie got married at Beechwoods Restaurant and Lounge. Maybe I am baised because I had my reception there...but Dagmar is AMAZING! You want someone to do all the stressing for you? Daggie is your girl!

A dapper line up of Groomsmen.

Pro.

The gasps from the wedding guests as Jessie came around the bend in a horse and buggy, priceless!

Jessie's Dad always sports the wind blown look. =]

Jessie's brother sang phenominally and there was not a dry eye in the house.

Just love this emotion on Gram's face =]

I think this is waaaay better than the pitch fork iconic image!

Can't get married on a golf course without a trip in a golf cart!

Needless to say, the reception was filled with a lot of line dances.
I was missing my days at Texas Roadhouse. Even more so
when I realized I couldn't remember all the steps to a few of my
favorite line dances we did. *sad face*

Congratulations you two!! Your day was absolutely gorgeous and so
much has changed in your growing family since then!
More of Cory and Jessie to come =]
