Kayla is a very good friend of my cousin Jenna.

Kayla, Lindsay and Jenna are all in 4-H together...

...and they all show cows for the fair off of Jenna's farm.

So it was only fitting that they all got their senior pictures taken at the farm! =]

Kayla's little brother tagged along and he was a bit jealous

that his sister got to sit in the driver's seat!

Besides showing cows and being involved in 4-H, Kayla is also a part

of the DAHS Rifle team.

She surprised the heck outta me! I did not expect a total

model to love shooting a gun!

I am SOOOO excited to offer this experience to the greater DuBois area! It's such an amazing adventure and even more so to share it with those you love dearly. The Beloved Experience is for everyone, but I highly recommend it to couples who have been together 5 years or more. Most couples I know do not get professional images taken after they wed. They may get images taken as children come into the picture but they never truly take the time to celebrate each other. Life is so busy that often times we get into a routine of the same old, same old and roll into bed exhausted just to do it all over again tomorrow. As we try to squeeze out every second of the day, we forget to take a moment to connect with our loved ones. I'm offering you the chance to reconnect and celebrate your unique love language and I am also here to say, it's the best time you will spend squeezing every second out of. =] Here are just two images from my Beloved couples. It's crazy what changes in a few short years. Two Christmas's ago I bought my twelve year old sister make up. The world hasn't been the same ever since! It feels like overnight Becca went from this cute curly haired little girl that loved to eat mints, craft and be goofy into a total model. I actually felt bad, because I feel like I stole my mom's youngest baby and forced her into adulthood. (Really, I didn't! I swear!)

She's only 14 !! I wish I looked like that at 14.

I was this geeky unproportionate thing. Well, it wasn't THAT bad,

but I DO know I wasn't blessed with long legs that go on for miles.

I will forever be a gymnast while Becca is an elegant ballerina.

I look like my Grammy K. and I'm still trying to figure out

where Becca came from =] It's a good thing though!

I bet a lot more boys will ride the bus to school if this was part of

the bus company's ad campaign!

I often wonder what Lily will blossom into as time marches on.

While I see myself and her Daddy in her...I see her Aunt Becca too.

Oh, and I constantly remind myself...the shenanigans I get Becca into...

will most likely be paid back with the shenanigans Becca gets Lily into!

There are 12 years between Becca and myself.

There are 13 years between Becca and Lily.

Funny how life works out like that!

If Tyra Banks is out there listening...Becca would love to come model for you!

Meet Becca, my younger sister by 12 years who is an aspiring model/photographer. If you would have told me 14 years ago that she would be taller than myself, I probably would have laughed in your face. And, add insult to injury, she ALWAYS wears super high heels! I bust out the heels once in a great while, mostly because I have a tendency to be clumsy and clumsy + high heels = disaster. =) 

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful fall day!
Well, it could have been warmer!



Simply stunning

She kind of looked at me weird when I said, go pop a sqwat in the want to be wheat field.
And then she ended up liking them!

Her favorite place to get lost behind our house.

Favorite!!! I just love the bright gold with the dark blue sky and the pop of red from her sweater!
